Account data. If you create an account (email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple) we store your email address and a unique account id so your saves, purchases and creations follow you across devices.
Gameplay data. Your franchise saves, dynasties, recruiting classes, created players, roster packs and in-game progress are stored on our servers so the game and the web studio stay in sync.
Usage analytics. We collect usage events (for example which screens are opened and session length) to improve the game. These events are not linked to your name or email address.
Crash and performance data. We use Sentry to collect crash reports and performance diagnostics so we can find and fix bugs. These reports are not linked to your name or email address.
Purchases. Purchases are processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. We receive purchase confirmations and product identifiers — never your payment card details.
Advertising. The free game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve ads; see Google's privacy policy. When you watch a rewarded ad to earn an in-game item, your account id is passed through Google so the reward can be credited back to the right account. Buying the ad-free upgrade removes ads.
We don't sell your personal data. We don't show your email to other players. Community content (published roster packs, reviews) shows only the creator handle you choose.
You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Delete account) or by emailing support@gridironaction.com. Full instructions, and exactly what is deleted or kept, are on the Delete Your Account page.
Deleting schedules your account, every franchise save, your rosters and your purchase history for permanent removal after a 7-day grace period, in case you change your mind. You are signed out on every device as soon as you confirm. Signing back in does not cancel the deletion on its own — to cancel, sign in and return to Settings → Delete account before the grace period ends.
We send transactional email (verification, password resets) and, if you play actively, an optional weekly recap. Every recap includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
